Ahh what a beautifully curated and intentional list Hunter!

I’m going to research some of these I’ve not heard of.

I’m really into Cait Flanders books. I’ve just finished Adventures in Opting Out.

I also have https://angelaharding.co.uk/products/a-year-unfolding as a coffee table book with Hashtag Authentic and another one called From Seed to Bloom which is just all my planting in a slow lived aspirational way. 🌺 🪄🦌

I really enjoy looking through recipes in cookery books too - I’m not super adventurous in the kitchen but the spark is always there and I find the processes of choosing ingredients and cooking both very healing and nourishing. ✨✨

So happy you enjoyed it, Claire! Ooh I bought Cait's book forever ago but haven't read it yet. Was it good?

And definitely adding those others you mentioned to my cart!! Thanks for sharing :) Oh I'm the same, I collect way too many cookbooks but I love sitting and reading them all the way through like a novel. Do you have a favorite?

Ah yeah it’s a beautiful read - they both are for different reasons. Ooo I love this question. It used to be The Hummingbird Bakery but I’m not sure now. On the run up to December, always pull out Jamie Oliver’s Christmas book.... 📕

Thank you for this list Hunter. I have two busy days ahead (dont we all?🙂), and then I can finally relax and revel in slowness. Happy last day of this year.
