I sat down and watercolored again! I’ve done it twice in the last few weeks and hadn’t done it in ages before. I’ve loved being able to remember why I love it :)
I think my most magically mundane moment was when I was tidying my daughter’s room one morning. The sunshine was beaming through a crystal in her window, casting dancing rainbow dots onto the wall. I have a video! I wish I could share it. If I do I’ll tag you 🌈
This afternoon, I brought my kids out on our back deck and finally remembered to bring out the sidewalk chalk - there are no sidewalks in the back yard, but our deck and siding are both wood, so we coloured on those together. They were both *so* excited, and now we've got fun happy colours all over our worn siding and deck.
Beautiful and WOW to the computer gift, so incredible and as you say the meaning behind it is wonderful and affirming. Also delighted to hear you are another fellow Virgo! And good for you on the autumn cleaning, sounds very therapeutic and something I aspire to do. My magically mundane moments include riding out a very intense wave of emotions from my daughter this evening, holding her in all its intensity and managing to feel calm and centred throughout (phew) in order to be there for her fully. That was followed by my son giggling himself to sleep (the actual sweetest thing!)
How beautiful that you were able to support your daughter through her big feelings. Hope you were able to pour some love into yourself after, too! As I know it takes a lot to be that present. And your son giggling himself to sleep is the SWEETEST thing! Thank you so much for sharing these moments. Xx

Congratulations on 700 subscribers, a huge achievement! My magically mundane moments have been my 16 month old sitting down on my lap more and cuddling me, instead of him running around at a million miles an hour. And watching him play with his older siblings too and try to talk ❤️.
Aww when they settle for a few minutes to cuddle, it's just the sweetest thing. And getting close to talking! That's so exciting. Thank you for sharing!!

Oh that's SO fun! I have so many memories as a kid of coloring with sidewalk chalk. Love that you set that up for your kiddos!
I really struggle with mess inside, so it was a great way to play that didn't stress me out, which definitely feels like magic lol
