Hey Hunter! So excited for this course 🙈🤗✨ Do you by any chance have any recommendations for stepping into your flow of the feminine (be it podcasts, books, YouTube etc) as well as any books that have changed your life? Would love to hear your thoughts

Sending much love and light your way beautiful soul xxx

Hi Casey! Ah yay, so excited for you to be here!!

Ooh love this question! If you really want to dive in head first, I definitely recommend Sarah Jenk's membership, Holy Woman. She has a course in there all about the sacred feminine and then monthly ceremonies on the new moon, sister circles on the full moon, a Facebook group, a giant resources document, astrology, and literally tons of support around learning about the sacred feminine.

In terms of embodiment, I really love Alice May Redmond's work around the flow of feminine energy. She does feminine embodiment coaching and she has a series of YouTube videos and this short film called The Union that I loved: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLwWg9igaDA

The books I've been reading are Magdalene Mysteries by Seren and Azra Bertrand, Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson, Witch by Lisa Lister, and Childbirth as a Rite of Passage by Rachel Reed.

On Instagram, I love Sigourney Belle's insights into feminine energy. Kori Meloy's work has also been super inspiring to me, and I love Neicia Nelson (iamaltar on instagram) as well.

Kori & Neicia did a workshop called WOMAN, in her body back in May that I did but I think you can still buy the recording (https://www.womaninherbody.com/). It was SO good. I also love the podcast interview they did together on Kori's podcast (Freely Rooted).

@DesireOnFire on Instagram, Ellie and Aimee, do great work around intimacy coaching and I've heard great things about Carly Rae Beaudry's course on vagina + vulva mapping called Nectar. https://carlyrae.ca/nectar

The podcasts I listen to most are From The Heart by Rachel Brathen. She talks about a lot of different topics but weaves feminine energy into her life beautifully. I also really like the interviews that the Mother Daze podcast does. Almost 30 also has incredible podcasts around femininity (this episode with Mia Magick is so good https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/almost-30/id1148183612?i=1000619246343 and this episode about Spirit Babies is incredible too https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/almost-30/id1148183612?i=1000615275353)

The number #1 book that absolutely changed my life was Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. I read his work right after coming out of traditional Christianity and it was soo transformative for me. I've ended up going to one of his retreats and had incredible past life sessions there.

I'm currently working on putting together a giant resource list that will have all these + many more in it! I'll definitely let you know once I get it out into the world!!

I hope these are helpful for you!!

I'd love to know if there are any resources you've really found helpful and life-changing??

Sounds so so beautiful. ✨✨ is telegram like a whatsapp?

Thank you so much, Claire! Yes, it's pretty much the same thing. I wasn't sure which one I should go with (I have both), so just said Telegram. Haha but can do both!

Ahhh! I used to do Voxer for my group programme but reverted back to whatsapp with firm boundaries as didn’t need another app in the end and people kept un installing it 😆

That makes sense!! The only reason I went with Telegram is because we can hide phone numbers on there, but if most people are comfortable with WhatsApp I'll do that instead!

Ahh that’s a good feature isn’t it?! It’s super hard isn’t it. People could vote I guess? 💕

Oh lovely I am finally getting to read and soak all of your magic in here! So so so excited for this and love the name you chose! Also as I was reading the start I suddenly thought of a great podcast conversation we could have... Slow Living as a Manifesting Generator... we could have a really juicy deep dive on that!!! Xx
