Oh my heart did a flip flop of joy when I saw you mention my writings... so honoured and grateful! Thank you... and I’m so happy you enjoyed the little spontaneous audio!

I adored the stage when we just started going out for little walks around the local area. These little beings see so much that we would miss! Seeing the world through their eyes is the greatest gift! Hope Maverick feels better... those tinctures sound wonderful! I do love a potion!!! X

I've loved your writings, they are so good!

It's such a fun stage, maybe my favorite so far. She's also getting such a silly personality which I love! And thank you, she's already on the mend today!! Doing much better :)

Also... on the topic of nutrition... have you seen Innate Traditions and the information Rachelle shares? She did a whole workshop on postpartum nutrition and it was very powerful... if a little confronting... but important information I felt. X

Ooh, no I haven't heard of her before!! I will look into it. Yes, confronting is the perfect word to describe it, but also affirming all at once.

Oh no ! My maveroni not well... she won’t be long before she’s bouncing back as children are quite resilient...

My simple things are ... well simply ! This week anyway..

1. Planting in my new greenhouse... I put my music on and potter away .. I love it I had dogs in the garden yesterday and I found my Labrador curled up in the corner... must be warm lol ( I open the door when I go in garden to ventilate it)

2. My little one is going through assessments at school at the minute so we have workbooks to help prepare him... it’s so nice knowing I’m his go to person as he struggles .. so we snuggle under a blanket and go for it.

3. Feeling better ( at the min) I suffer badly from crohns so I have had an awful year but just feeling a bit better puts a whole new spin on your day ....

4. Spring time... xxxxx

Lovely as always. I adore walking with my little one, it opens up the world around me and really makes me notice how the small things can be fascinating and wonderful. It is also very much a lesson in patience for me.
